Appointment Information and Considerations.

No designs are produced or shown prior to the appointment, everything is discussed and created on the day.

Nathans style is black and grey, single needle style. Clients should be aware of this when booking.

Nathan Hill reserves the right to decline any client, tattoo, or design if the client, or work is deemed unfit to tattoo, inappropriate, or the tattoo is outside of his expertise.

Clients are solely responsible for the healing period of the tattoo, and outside of the premises, but advise is given to help with this.

Nathan generally doesn’t check messages, or respond to calls, texts, social media, please be aware and okay with this before booking to avoid frustration.

Please be aware that due to medical conditions, Nathan may request appointment changes if conditions, and flare-ups occur, preventing and affecting his ability to work.

Aftercare

Less is more…

Take the bandage/cover off after 2 hours (don’t cover with non-breathable fabrics.)

Wash very gently with non-perfumed soap, and apply a little ointment.

Repeat this morning & evening for the first 2 - 4 days.

Use ointment as and when needed.

Avoid: soaking the tattoo for prolonged periods, prolonged sun exposure, itching and scratching, and avoid parfumes and harsh chemicals.

Nathan typically provides clients with vitamin A&D ointment at the appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Booking Fee: £100 (non refundable)

All rescheduling, and appointments are subject to availability.

Please give 7 days or more notice to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment changes without 7 days notice will require £50 booking fee to rebook.

Appointment changes with 7 days notice or more are limited to 1 change before a booking fee of £50 is required.

Cancellations made within a 48 hour to your appointment will require remainder of appointment to be paid in full.

No shows will be required to make full payment.

A 30 minute grace period is given for lateness, the appointment will then be void, and fees/outstanding money will be payable.

Due to the nature of tattooing, refunds on any payments are not applicable or accepted.

Consent, Health and Medical

All clients must be 18 yeas or over and provide ID upon arrival.

Any medical concerns, or medications should be mentioned prior to the appointment, this is the sole responsibility of the client.

Clients should not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any medications that may cause adverse reactions.

All clients must be aware of the risks involved with tattooing, and understand they must seek medical advice from a professional GP or doctor if they have any concerns.

Adverse reactions to inks, or irritants may occur, you must seek medical advice from a GP or hospital if this occurs. Please notify the artist (Nathan Hill) at contact@nathanhill.studio if any issues arise, and advice.

No breastfeeding, or pregnant clients.

If on antibiotics please check with gp/ dentist before proceeding.
